What is the carbs content pleaseI love yoghurt but depends on the flavour and thickness. I’m eating Sainsbury’s Taste the difference Madagascan vanilla thick yoghurt I have 2 for part of my breakfast when I’m at work.
No I loath it and bear in mind that a lot of what is sold as yoghurt is not yoghurt but a concoction of corn flour, hydrators, mostly water and flavourings and apart from consistency and labelling has little to do with yoghurt.

I have just had a look at this one @muzza3, I can handle the carbs in this one at 4.4grams / 100grams, they have a good range of them at Woolies so might get a couple to try as they are on special at the moment.I love my Chobani FIT yogurt. Low Fat High Protein. With nearly 15.7g of Protein, .03g of fat and 7.5g of Carbs it has fits well into the PE Ratio Diet I am using. Usually have for Breakfast each morning and as a desert each evening. Particularly enjoy the Mango, Passion fruit and Strawberry versions. I have never enjoyed plain yogurts and in this current diet have no need to pursue high fat mainly protein
