do you like Yogurt ?

I love yoghurt but depends on the flavour and thickness. I’m eating Sainsbury’s Taste the difference Madagascan vanilla thick yoghurt I have 2 for part of my breakfast when I’m at work.

What is the carbs content please

No I loath it and bear in mind that a lot of what is sold as yoghurt is not yoghurt but a concoction of corn flour, hydrators, mostly water and flavourings and apart from consistency and labelling has little to do with yoghurt.

You're eating the wrong yoghurt, total greek has none of those ingrdients.
I love it.

I also like Aldi Greek style yoghurt. Great for curry with added fresh mint leaves, cucumber, tahini and chickpeas, whole oats with berries, sunflower seeds, frozen with berries

I never found yogart any use but when I couldn't eat high density foods yogart and jellies became my best friend. I still lost weight because they were very very low calorie. They were my main source of protein. However now if I have one it has to finished with nuts of some more protein dense food to cap any carb craving on the offing.
Even though I saw their place in my diabetic life as a useless one I use them daily now. Any flavoured ones as I very very rarely eat potato, rice, pasta or breads. They are less calories and less stodge so less stress on my digestive system.
Just had my gallbladder out but it wasn't working properly before hand so yogart works for me.
I'm enjoying 'Low and Light'. In the past I bought large tubs but I over ate on them so I went back to small tubs. Smaller the better. More expensive but better for my weight.

i love it.. £1.89 for 1kg onken in Costco.. trouble is once started its difficult to stop

Plain Greek style yogurt tastes of yogurt which is what I like about it.
Gotta agree with this, it has a great burst of flavour just like home made stuff.

All the other yoghurt I have eaten over the years is just to sweet..

I used to like low fat sweetened and flavoured yogurts, but since going low carb my tastes have changed so much that now I find them too sweet and synthetic. They just taste of thickeners and chemicals (which they are made of, read the packet)
A good, full fat plain greek yoghurt is natural , satisfying, one ingredient (milk) food.
I sometimes add a couple of berries or nuts for variety

I love my Chobani FIT yogurt. Low Fat High Protein. With nearly 15.7g of Protein, .03g of fat and 7.5g of Carbs it has fits well into the PE Ratio Diet I am using. Usually have for Breakfast each morning and as a desert each evening. Particularly enjoy the Mango, Passion fruit and Strawberry versions. I have never enjoyed plain yogurts and in this current diet have no need to pursue high fat mainly protein

I have just had a look at this one @muzza3, I can handle the carbs in this one at 4.4grams / 100grams, they have a good range of them at Woolies so might get a couple to try as they are on special at the moment.
