Does a Vaccine provide better immunity than having Covid-19?

Which provides better protection? Don't know or care. I just know that I have had Covid19 and never want to have it again. 2nd Pfizer jab booked for next week.:)

There is also anecdotal evidence that some long Covid sufferers are showing improvement after having the vaccine.

yes. The info I saw says that some only see an improvement for a few weeks, while other see it indefinitely (as long as we currently have data), but then some see no relief at all, and a small minority feel worse.

it will be good when we have a better understanding of the mechanisms involved.
