I've always picked the second type2 on list. Should I be choosing first instead? I'll have a play around.

@tubamanandy - Metformin half-life is 6.2 hours though it remains in the body systems for 96.8 hours (4 days).

Effective plasma level is better achieved if taken in divided doses during the day.
