I started with ficus. Once my books fell on it and broke off half of its leaves, so I can't call myself a good mom even for a plant. But it's still alive :)

I've seen on youtube people with low insulin (mostly Keto, Carnivores etc) going for an MRI scan and said to have "bodies like teenagers" with no fat around the organs

Might be something there

Commuting, overcrowded spaces, especially after the arrival of covid-19...
Most people say I look younger than my age, but all medical markers are showing I'm vulnerable to earlier death...
