I have been working very hard at getting my blood sugar levels down for several months. I am type two and taking metiformin. My approach has been to join the lifestyle monitoring plan. I am eating a healthy low carb diet and exercising hard. The gym and walking and jogging. Despite this the weight is not budging. I was beginning to get despondent until i realised that my waist measurement had gone down 5 cms. I am feeling great and my average sugars are going down very slowly.
I would like the my lifestyle system to have a graft got exercise and waist measurement as this allows for a more correct assessment of progress.
What do you all think?
