Hello
We've moved recently and I am now able to take my dogs for lovely walks around a local wildlife area. I am hoping this will also help me lose some weight. The problem is I don't walk the dogs at the same time each day so how can I manage insulin/blood sugars for this? I walk for about 40 mins round open fields but some days have been having bad hypos. Any tips or advice please?
