Doing a Fung!

My local butcher sells beef bones (50p for a carrier bag full). This is great as I can make up 4 batches of broth- 1 straight away and the rest of the bones go in the freezer. After cooling and getting rid of the disc of fat that forms on top, I put it into ice cube trays and freeze.
I have taken to drinking broth twice a day but add two finely sliced mushrooms for a bit of bulk and a few shavings of chilli for a bit o extra zing. I take a flask with me when I'm out on my bike for the day.

Another way of bulking up the broth for hardly any calories (16 for the whole pack) is to add some Slim Pasta/Rice made out of the konjac fibre. But I'm not sure if filling the stomach would be counterproductive to the fasting experience, as defined by Fung.
