Well done lindiepops. Result!!!Had my 6 month check up with my Diabetic Consultant today and since Nov'17, I've managed to reduce my HBA1C from 74 to 51. Really pleased as had a diabetes burnout for about 8 months last year but am finally back on the wagon. Managed to lose 9kg too
