I agree. If you have a good serrated knife you can cut the Lidl roll into three for a "thin and crispy pizza". More healthy toppings that way plus it looks like a feast!That's you sorted then...I know how you feel...sometimes some convenience food is just so much easier 'job'....and I'm glad you asked before finding out that you don't feel quite right when your blood sugars go high.
Like already mentioned...those Lidl cobs are brilliant for making 'make do' pizzas. Toast the halves lightly...slap some butter/drizzle with olive oil , sprinkle of spices/herbs on and pile on your fillings and REAL cheese> quick blast in oven and job done....by now you are ready to eat and your hubby will be still waiting his order to arrive...
Or..(I know this is not pizza..but...)...you could make lovely omelette, put some 'pizza fillings' and cheese on and finish it off under grill....it will keep you hunger away for hours! 'now that I mentioned that...must add some ingredients into my shopping list...I feel like 'pizza omelette' in on menu soon..'
