Hi, I do have a bg meter and my levels are pretty good - mid 5's and lower most of the time. But regardless it seems the sweeteners were the culprit of my stomach issues so no more sugar free drinks for meLow sugar usually contains artificial sweeteners, sweeteners are terrible for the stomach! As others have said though these diet/low sugar/zero sugar drinks still effect some peoples BG. I used to love pepsi max but when I actually saw how much it affected my results I stopped drinking it. Maybe invest in a BG meter so you can see what you're sensitive to?
