I suppose it all depends on timings really. It could mean I'm helping the nuns first then rush over to you or vice versa. It's ok grannie and the rest of the family will be eating at the hospital they do a good party and Christmas lunch , after helping to serve lunch there and sing a carolsnot sure about lady Mary though ... ! Something is just not right ...
I am afraid the staff will just have to look after them selves for a few days .. Changes are happening .. Talking of which we must save the hospital .. I won't need supper tonight I am gong to try one of those new modern take away meals ..

Hi @Arab Horse the first one was the hardest .. Now a little bit of what ever I fancy and I love it ..Great time of year. Last Christmas was my first one as a diabetic and it was great to watch everyone tucking in to all the goodies!!!!
Grandson passing round the box of chocolates offers them to me Granddaughter "No, she can't have them". She's a bright girl so I just thanked her for being so thoughtful. Grrr.
