Thankyou.Hello @Saur Drinking water will not bring your BG levels down, it helps to flush the excess glucose out of your kidneys which is beneficial, however tackling the cause of the high BG levels is more important.

High BG makes your kidneys filter out the sugar.
Water is then needed to flush the kidneys out.
This makes you wee a lot which makes you thirsty.
If the kidneys aren't filtering out the sugar then drinking more just makes you wee more.
