can type 2's have sugar free pop and squash?
i have sugar free lemonade daily with spaone and a effervescent vit c tablet (hides the spatne taste)
im really getting sick of plain water so can i have sugar free squash?

Some people react to sweeteners some don't the only way to know is test before and maybe 1 and 2 hours afterwards and see what your blood sugars have done. Just have the drink and nothing else so you get a true reaction to the drink.

I have no problems at all drinking very diluted Robinsons sugar free juices.
