All they care about is that you don’t have disabling hypos that you required help with.. they will ask you if you are hypo . And they will check your meter to ensure you are not missing any resilts
It’s worth making a note in a diary of why you were low, the DVLA specialist I had wanted explanations of every time I dipped below 4.
Mine didn’t really care he actually stated I was expected to have hypos just that I had to recognise it and treat it myself.
But never hurts to record as much as possible just in case
Mine went through the whole three months with a fine tooth comb, and I had to explain every single one. Why it had happened, how long it lasted, what treatment I used... was awful.
