Driving Licence Revoked

Thank you all for your kind support, its much appreciated xx

APART from jopar and zibi1 - I find your comments very hurtful.. the loss of concentration and my confusion was diagnosed as classic menopause side effects, I have now been taking further hrt medication and it has improved considerably. Are you suggesting that every woman in this situation should not be allowed to drive? you are so very obviously male

Kitches

The issue is, I believe, one of whether a particular person is a risk to themselves or others by driving - whatever might be causing that problem. It would be no consolation to the loved one of someone killed by someone who was not able to fully concentrate on their driving that it was a specifically female medical issue that was causing it. When I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea, I immediately contacted DVLA because I knew that I could not guarantee that I would not fall asleep at the wheel. My license was revoked knew as I suspected that it should be. I would rather that than cause an accident. You have said that you had a loss of concentration and confusion. Do you think that you were not a risk to yourself and others by driving?
