Hello everyone! well today i was putting my vials into my ice box because i was going out of home and i let the box with the vials (2 inside de ice box) and also each vial inside their own box and they fall down from like 1 meter. nothing happen with the vials one was already open (the insulin im using at the moment) and the other unopen. but some bubbles appear in the top of the vial and they persist for like 3-4 hours now my insulin look like always without bubbles.

you guys think is damaged because of the fall or they are Okay ? how doctor says that i shouldnt shake them or things like that.

thanks to take you time to read. And sorry about my bad english is not my main language.

hi @gocholympia

Is this an ice box or a cool box? You should't freeze insulin as it will become ineffective. I can't see that dropping the vials from 1 meter whilst they are in their boxes would cause any problem as long as the vials are not cracked.

hello and welcome to the forums ....your doctor says not to shake them? well am sure he/she will be able to advice you or maybe ask the chemist they are pretty good at giving advice :)
