"At the end of last week a survey was also released in which 50% of respondents said they had regained weight lost with diet within 6 months to a year and 70% had regained it within 3-4years. The link above also has a link to the full survey, Both Cohen's and Dukan's diets were found to have several deficiences (as did the other diets studied in an official French report recently (both for example had too much sodium, too little fibre and too little Vit C,  )It will be interesting to see what happens. Apparently the burden of proof for defamation is much lower in the French courts than in the UK. The settlements are also smaller.</blockquote>
