Duloxetine, anyone out there taking it?

Hi, I have been prescribed Duloxetine for foot pain, GP says it is very good, I been told to take it for 4 weeks, does it have an "accumalative" effect? Will I have to continue taking it, GP says it is also antidepressant, will it affect my moods? Does anyone out there take it?
 
This is another drug I tried for chronic hip pain unfortunately it never helped me with any pain relief.
 
I am on duloxetine due to neuropathy. I am taking 60mg a day. Sometimes it works and somedays it feels as though I walking over hot coals.
