Hi what happens with a driving licence after having a seizure during sleeping. Will you lose your licence etc do you need to notify them? I read on site you have to have more than one is this correct? This is 1st one & had alcohol 0

I would use common sense and say you don't need to inform them as you were asleep, you wouldn't be driving while asleep and therefore it makes no impact

"YOU MUST INFORM DVLA IF :
You suffer more than one episode of severe hypoglycemia (needing the assistance of another person) within the last twelve months."
From the leaflet DIABINF A Guide to Insulin Treated Diabetes and Driving, sent to me 15 months ago.
