dyshidrotic eczema

Hi wee question, Has anyone been diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema ? I have like blood spots on my feet and on my hands it is like hard bumps not rashed, first dr said scabies (new doctor) who does not know me and had obviously not read any thing about me on file, i have OCD and cleaning is a big area for me, scabies was definitely not a possibility no one in house has this spots and bumps, 2nd opinion dr said dyshidrotic eczema yet i have no itching, at first i thought it was summer bugs having a feast on me but none went away, if it is dyshidrotic eczema my hands are always gloved when cleaning my feet are in shoes so not exposed to harsh chemicals, it looks like pin prick blood spots on my feet my hand you have to feel to know any thing there

I've not come across dyshidrotic eczema, although I have another form of eczema which was misdiagnosed initially.
Other skin conditions could be triggered by wearing plastic gloves for too long or using cleaning products and as any blisters are a risk for diabetics I suggest asking for a referral to a dermatologist.

I occasionally get it and just put Betnovate, which is a steroid cream, on it for a couple of days and it clears up.
