We've now had the following stands confirmed for the Ealing Diabetes Awareness Afternoon:

* NHS Ealing (talking about services and their new Diabetes Patient Forum)
* North West London Diabetes Local Research Network (talking about the latest research and how you can get involved)
* Free Diabetes Health Checks
* Ealing Carers Centre (find out what support is available for carers with diabetes or carers of people with diabetes)
* Ealing Health Trainers (with advice on how to look after yourself if you have diabetes, or how to prevent it if you are at risk)
* Ealing Stop Smoking Service

and hopefully several more!

This event is for anyone interested in diabetes and is being organised by the NWL DLRN together with patients and staff from local GP surgeries.
