I had another good long sleep over 10 hours last night. Woke up this morning, wasn't hungry straight away so I prepared a steak and veggie stew that should have done me for 2-3 meals, but I blended it into a thick broth cos I love broths and soups, and it was so tasty that before I knew it, I'd eaten the whole stew over a period of about an hour! I just kept going back for more.
An hour after that I polished off some goats cheese with garlic and herbs and a few low carb crackers. Another hour after that, I ate a whole tub of cottage cheese with pineapple and then I ate 3 dessertspoons of thick cream. Finally I washed the dishes and am now sitting down with a cuppa.
I wasn't so much hungry as enjoying the taste of my food again. I feel a bit like an ex smoker who's just getting the use of their taste buds back again. Now I feel like fruit and then that's it.
