Poor grammar, bullying and drunks.
Does anyone have a copy yet? By Gerber and Cummins. Temporarily out of stock on Amazon U.K but I may invest. Any reviews?

Had a quick look at the kindle version of eat well etc - looks like their reccomendation is for carbs to make up 15-20% of food intake so it seems to be reccomending low carb rather than keto which fits for me personally

I am about three quarters of the way through the Kindle version and would definitely recommend it for its clarity and high level of content. Despite including meal plans and recipes, these don't come across as padding to fill up a book and when the message itself is brief.
I enjoyed the succinct summary of carbs:
"The minimum human requirement for carbohydrate is effectively 0 percent of dietary intake. That's right - zero - you don't have to eat any carbs at all. Your body can easily synthesize all the glucose it requires. So - unlike with fats and protein - as your carbohydrate intake approaches zero, there is no known scientific reason for you to become ill.
So, if I can't be bothered to prepare some leafy green veg to go with dinner tonight, it sounds as if I will live to see another day!
I would definitely recommend it as a good "starter" book on the subject of healthy eating, though, perhaps the traditional paper version would be easier to keep dipping in to and make diagrams more easily accessible.

Thank you. I am a little old fashioned in that I like a real recipe book. I have a kindle and the kindle app but for recipes I prefer a book.

I always like a good recipe ( although its often more a case of liking the idea of cooking it rather than getting down and dirty and doing it)
I googled the nameof the chef behind the recipes i the book (Ryan Turner) and this site came up in the hits
https://www.lowfatlowcarb.com/
Dont know how many / any of tth recipes are by him but the site looks interesting enough to have aa mooch about in - mix of some low carb and some low fat recipes
