i just got better control of my blood sugar numbers recently and since then im scared to eat and im not feeling well not eating much low carb controls my blood sugar numbers but i cant tolerate meats or milk products so that leaves mostly carbby foods which never controls my numbers is my choice to eat meat and milk products and live in my bathroom and have good blood sugar numbers? or eat carbby processed foods and use loads of insulin never having good numbers? (ive already been thru the whole thing of testing foods-- carb foods does not work for my numbers and me) whats left to eat?
Hi there, I see you're on insulin? Would you mind telling us a typical days diet and your current glucose levels & hb1ac?, sorry I sound like a Consultant but it might give us an idea of what to suggest. x

Sounds like there are allergy problems. An assessment at an allergy clinic should help identify exactly what they are. They may be able to desensitise you too, enabling consumption of foods that give the best blood glucose control.
