Hi all, a random question for you.
I'm one of those that suffer from the triple whammy of asthma, eczema and hayfever. My asthma can get very severe (is quite well controlled at the moment), hayfever is a pain but after being absent for many, many years my eczema has made a new appearance!
I am under a fair amount of stress at the moment but have been under much more pressure than this and my skin hasn't flared up..I'm wondering if raised bg's could cause it? As I mentioned before, I have no way of testing at the moment ( a situation soon to be rectified hopefully-some very kind people on this forum) so have no idea what my levels are.
I am itching all the time but particularly palms and back of hands, tops of feet (not the soles, the upper side) and inner ankles. I have actually scratched so much today it is now painful.
I am putting lots of aqeous cream on (forgot to mention it's very dry) but it doesn't stop the itching.
Has anyone else had a flare up of skin conditions that have been dormant for ages?
Ta muchly.
