I am a 65 year old male, with type2 diabetes insulin dependent. I have trouble getting and keeping an erection. When I do occasionally get an erection I cannot ejaculate. Any advice to overcome these problems would gratefully accepted.

This is quite common and a trip to see your doc is required. There are meds that can help. Don't be embarrassed, they deal with this all the time ! Just pluck up the courage and go for it. Good luck, Mo
