I have not come across this idea before, I must admit. My understanding was that less insulin circulating actually increases insulin senstivity. But I haven't come across
type two diabetics, ie with actual malfunctioning blood glucose systems, who have dangerously low levels of circulating insulin. Tell me more! Yes, a very interesting subject.
