Weird one!

I'm gone from feeling really well last week and now feel awful. Partly because I have this possible
Diagnosis which scares me but the have been thinking and my eating has changed as I have gone back to work.

I realised I haven't had eggs for two days! Does anyone have a feeling of exhaustion if they miss their protein breakfast.

Today I had three spoons of yoghurt and some sliced turkey.

Then a coconut milk yoghurt and then salmon and salad.

Followed by a Greek salad with feta cheese.

Any thoughts on this days intake?

Many thanks Emma.

Exhaustion Seems to come late morning and late afternoon. Xx

I think you are having carb withdrawal a little.
You have to persevere with the low carb.
You are a bit stressful going back to work.
Your intake is fine, no worries there!
Your body is adjusting to low carb.
Your awareness is quite good though!
You've got the weekend now to relax if you can!!

Thanks Nosher you are a pal. I've been doing it for four weeks now so disnt think that would happen this late in the day. My mouths dry and I'm thirsty Tired. My sugar levels seem fine x

Have probably cut my fat back a little as well As scared of the repercussions on the Hughes syndrome. Today however I have officially lost 2 stone since last March x
