Emergency Hospital Dash

I think the bottom line message for anyone making changes to their way of living, whether it be to their way of eating, exercise regime, changes in medications, doing nightshifts for the first time - whatever, is that we should listen to our bodies and record anything unusual, along with the date time, what happened and how it felt.

This sort of monitoring will help both the individual and their health team to understand what is going on and have a better chance of picking up the information nuggets and being able to discard the randomness we all sometimes experience.

Any individual feeling unwell, or unsafe at any time ows it to themselves and those who care about them to take appropriate actions - ie to seek clarification form appropriate sources.

If the issue is medical, the calling the surgery, out of hours GP, 111, going to A&E or even calling 999 should be considered.

We only pass this way once, and personally I'm hoping for a long and healthy as I can be meander to the exit.

Nobody here - not even those known to be practising, verified clinicians, are permitted to give advice on changes to medication. Such activity should be reported, as it breaches our rules and could be dangerous for the receiver of that advice and dangers (in a different way) for the person suggesting it.
