I had ASDA turn up late a few times so I gave up using them. Once they were 2 or 3 hours late so we had rung to cancel and then they knocked on the door anyway!! I've found Sainsbury's are very good and ring if they are going to be late and ring to ask if they can come early. However I don't tend to buy fresh stuff online - I like to go to the shop to find this myself as I'm picky about fruit and veg.
