Yes, I found it harder finding the right balance needed to maintain than losing it all in the first place. It took me a few months of going back to basics with weighing food and myself, tweaking this and that, and lots of record keeping. But I got there in the end, and have kept it off since the end of 2014.

To be honest, when I trimmed up, I found it tricky to maintain, as I kept on losing, despite some tweaks, so my suggestion is you keep an eye on it for movements on the scales, in either direction, but give yourself a range, as nobody weighs exactly the same every day.
