Erectile dysfunction is quite common amongst diabetics and is often associated with running high blood glucose levels, get your partner to discuss this with his GP who should be able to offer help, your partner does not have to live with this.

If your partner is running high blood glucose levels this should also be addressed, again get him to speak with his GP or direct him to this forum where there is always lots of advice on diet for lowering blood glucose levels.

Had the same problem. Cialis fixed it for me. Tell him to talk to his doc.

just tell his diabetes nurse the problem and doc will sort tablets.
i had the same problem and worried about talking about it but when i finally asked my nurse about the problem it was like i asked what the weather was like.. she was so laid back when explaining it to me and its so common they must hear it nearly everyday.
i wasted months worrying and now i get 4 viagra tablets a month( maximum you can get on nhs)
everything is back to normal if not better and no reason to be embarressed about it.
ED is due to diabetes causing the veins in your body to thin(get smaller) so less blood flow to our important part...
tell your nurse or book appointment with doc a.s.a.p
good luck

It's all about the flow.
No pun intended.
If you can improve your circulation you may find the problem goes away.
The blue pills do work sure, but the one time I took one it gave me a nauseous headache.
Pumpkin seeds work , 15 mins daily moderate exercise will also help.

How can u improve the circulation any other idea ???

Exercise! Flax oil, or a tried and tested favourite is siberian ginseng, which also lowers blood sugar and keeps you're pecker up.
