Does anyone use this in their baking?

I have read that it is not poisonous to dogs so thought that could be a sweetener to use. It is quite expensive though so thought I would ask beforehand, Also I have seen it on amazon but is there anywhere else that sells it in the UK?

Ive used it and I do think its the best Ive tried. Haven't had any for a while though as it is expensive. I think I got mine from lowcarbmegastore.com

Thank you! I have seen a few things at lowcarbmegastore so maybe I will put in an order

I use it albeit it is an additive in Truvia, in which it is blended with Stevia extracts. Erythritol is much kinder to the digestive system than other polyols. It is expensive but 1 small jar of Truvia seems to last me ages. It is very sweet tasting so I never use very much of it, half a teaspoon in porridge for example. The Erythritol in the low carb megastore is cheaper than the Truvia at my local supermarket.
