- Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Hi Napolyon if you mean the support group type meetings I believe they are run on a voluntary basis so it is possible that no one in those/that area has stepped up to run such a group. You could contact Diabetes UK and ask them about groups in your area, their web site is here http://www.diabetes.org.uk/
