Exercise Bike

I was thinking of getting one of those exercise bikes Argos do em pretty cheaply and i think id have the room for a small one in the bedroom.Cheapest they do is about 90 quid. Its max weight is for 100kg person weight.Im about 95kg at the mo so inside that weight. Its an idea im toying with along side going out for a stroll round the block each morning slowly increasing the distance over time.Obviously the latter would be much cheaper it costs nothing to walk other than a new pair of trainers every so often lol.Hmmm dont you just love decisions lol

Some of the cheaper exercise bikes are really flimsy, sometimes it's better to pay a few extra £'s to get a quality bike. As Diddly says you might pick up a cheap quality bike on ebay or in your local newspaper, often on the supermarket advertisement boards (inside the stores) you can pick them up at a reasonable price.

Yeah thats what i thought cheap is not necessary the best idea.
I might just go for the cheaper option of going out for a walk and maybe even doing a few exercises too push ups etc
