Exercise challenge from 19th May

Ive started a "new you in 42 " challenge post so if you want to record your progress on there feel free . You don't have to though. Its an individual thing.

Great Zand. If I ever stop reading this and get out of bed I ll finish the 5x50 challenge , last day of it and I must be mad starting a new one tomorrow lol.

Where's the new thread? Also, when is the best time to check bg to see the effect exercise has? I may post my bg reading too.

sure why not check whenever you like to see what happens, you wont have to do it often, check every 5 minutes if you like :)
 
can I join too please? I already take the dog out for an hour a day so my challenge is to start using the cross trainer that is sitting in the corner of my lounge. My aim is to build it up daily as if I start with the full amount on day one I probably won't be able to walk again:)
