I have discovered that sport is the magic solution for diabetes. After every meal I make an effort like Weightlifting
Every 20 minute equal down BG 54mg/dl

I would advocate a walk of between15 and 45 minutes after meals, this has been proven to impact blood sugars in everyone (there is a PHC video on this).
If one can do more, than I would suggest resistance exercise.
