Post coronary with 4 stents.
BG well controlled.
After 4 months I manage moderate walk 2 hours every day.
Is that enough, shall I try more ?

How are you feeling, 24/7, during exercise, after exercise?

PS is that your cat? It looks to be slightly mad and wild, but with a great if biting sense of humour.

(Almost 70 years,on insulin because of cardiovascular event).
Bad back prevents me from more walk, need to rest for a while.
Will definitively try longer walks and stairs.Cardiac function has improved, still losing weight to achieve acceptable BMI. Btw. yours is perfect.
Not my moggie. Just liked the picture from elsewhere.

Ivan, two hours walking a day is a MASSIVE achievement for those much younger than you! Keep it up, you sound like you are doing great. x

Thank you for supporting me.This forum is great with kind people, more valuable than comments by professionals.

hi @ivan 2,
Your cat looks like the Cheshire one of fables.
My thought is that you are under the care of a health team and it is really their job and responsibility to advise you on your cardiac rehabilitation. And yes, your diabetes doctor is also someone to consult as your exercise reaches the point of possibly causing hypos.
Best Wishes with your progress !!

2 hours, I say well done! Whether it's enough depends on how YOU feel, but considering I only manage to walk a few hours in the weekend, you're running circles around this 39-year-old.
