Exercise

It varies. I'd get bored doing the same every day. Sometimes walking, sometimes running, sometimes a general gym workout, sometimes a Spin class, sometimes a cycle outdoors, sometimes I attack the garden, sometimes I paint a wall, once a week, I walk to the supermarket and carry my weekly shop back home uphill, ... I try to do at least 45 minutes each day to raise my heart rate.

I start my day with 20 minutes of stretching exercises, history of frozen shoulders, use 3 kg weights, standing on one foot and various positions.
Try to walk at least 30 mins a couple of times a day, open country.
It all seems to help.

Thanks for all your posts,
I use the stationary bike for 20 min in the morning,a few minutes High intensity
we ,usually walk 6000 to 10000 steps a day ( in a mall if it’s cold)
In the evening I jump or walk on the mini rebounder for 5 to 10 minutes

I do field archery twice a week and take part in competitions most weekends, it involves plenty of walking around beautiful woodlands in all weather's. I have to admit that the older I get the harder it is to keep going, I have just purchased a lower poundage bow because I've been struggling to get through a competition with my old bow. But I shall keep going as long as possible, it will be a sad day when I have to give it up

Exercise bike or cycling, treadmill high incline or cross country outside I live near fields which is great, weights all 3 times a week 50 mins thereabouts give or take. Boxing as a warm up (my house is freeeeezing!) mini trampoline.

Gym about 5 times a week ,various cardio and weights normally for 1hr and15 mins

Excellent. It's many years since I did any field archery but I still have the gear. I think my arrows might be not as straight as they were.

Running up bills, running down the boss, jumping to conclusions.....

I'm not able to exercise much, so I walk in the woods with the dog for an hour every day, and arrange my house time so I have to go up and down stairs a lot rather than taking everything up or down all in one trip.

Walk everyday with the dog, train six days a week with heavy weight, cardio for me is getting up out of the couch!
