Hi. I walk between 1 to 4 hours a day 5 to 7 days a week. My GP suggested it years ago to help me lose weight. I'm T2 Diabetic. I have other health problems too. Is it still safe to continue walking so much. It is my job. I'm 64. I do get puffed out quickly these days also aches and pains are increasing (Leg muscles etc). I also have an ulcer, BP is a bit high and I get tired quickly also a dry mouth most of the time. Sugar levels vary up and down a lot. Cheers.
