Does anyone exercise when fasting - and have you tried activities (walks/going to gym etc) before and after fasing? Which worked best for you? I practice intermittent fasting by accident and usually go to the gym fasted. Not for any other reason than convenience. Curious to see what others do. Thanks!

for swimming i tend to ensure have eaten something as glucose levels appear to drop like a stone when doing.
walking doesnt have as much of impact and will happily go for a decent sized walk (45mins to hour also been a few 3-4 hour walks not many) fasted.

And yet I have to inject before and after swimming. I inject, swim, inject and eat a [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] carb fruit and yoghurt breakfast. I don’t notice a lowering of numbers till the day after. Whereby I have unit less with the identical breakfast.

I recently have come across this video and found it useful:
They discuss how to offset your glucose level by eating fat and or protein before excercise.

That's interesting.
Swimming always gives me a crazy strong hunger and I struggle not to over-eat.
How do you manage your insulin while swimming? I find it very easy to go hypo if I go on long swims.... And I freely admit that it's very easy to overeat when hypo...

For me, I find it easiest to exercise fasting. Exercising (especially swimming with the cute extra risk of drowning should you go low) with active insulin on board makes things much more unpredictable for me.
