I normallly live a fairly sedantry life, working from home at my desk....but do walk the dogs twice daily. However, yesterday I was 'packing' for an impending temorary re-location and found, even two hours after lunch that my BG had fallen dangerously low. just that little more exertion that any other person would find no problem, with me with seemed a problem. Maybe I'm not eating enough but I am conscious of my weight. Not a great explanation I know but any ideas!?.

Hi Ben,

Your insulin is supposed to cover the food you eat. A combination of too little food for the insulin. plus a bit of unaccustomed exercise, could certainly have caused a hypo.
