Can anyone help at all? is there anything i should be eating that can help? i on;y eat chicken or fish and i have a healthy diet

Thanks Tores x

Worthwhile having some bloods done to rule out things like Anaemia or thyroid issues.

Can you tell us a little more about your diet, please, as this can play a major role in well being.

i had bloods last year when i was like this and they cam up fine, healthy, so eggs or cereal for breakfast, salad, soup or sandwich with wholemeal bread, dinner can be anything chicken fish, spag bowl, chicken pie, noodle soups, pizza with cauliflower base and lot of vegetables on my plate eevrytime, I eat good carbs like sweet potato, Quinoa, noodles, i cook from scratch swell i never eat ready meals

I have type 1 diabetes x

Are you exercising , when I get this way I add alittle exercise each day to my normal exercise and I get to feeliong better.
I find the heat can do this to me too when the weather cools down I feel better..

Worth going back and getting more tests done, just mention that your tiredness hasn't improved.

It's also worth mentioning the tiredness to your diabetes consultant (if under the care of a hospital clinic). Best wishes.

Did they test for coeliac disease too @Tores_Parrott ?

That can cause tiredness so it's worth ruling out. And did they check your vitamin D too?

It's worth having a blood test to also check your Vitamin B12 levels. It's not something that GP's always think to check. Mine was revealed via a standard test to check blood sugars and cholesterol levels - and lo and behold Vit B12 came up as lacking. I had been feeling chronic fatigue and muscular weakness. After 5 injections, all was ok. I'm currently awaiting another blood test in 3 mths time to see if I need another course of injections. Some people find their digestive system is no longer able to absorb Vit B12 from their food [animal proteins], and they have to have injections for ever.
