It seems from testing for a whole week that my fasting reading that is now down 2 points - thanks to you all for that. (it looks like I am going in the right direction). But, I have found whatever I eat for breakfast I go up at a minimum of 4.5points - thats an apple and 6 grapes or even 1 slice of burgen bread with a scrape of lurpak on it (i mean a scrape), Cereals take me up 5 - 7 points any kind it seems and scrambled eggs on a slice of toast 5.5. Any suggestions - I only like Muller Yoghurt cant stand the yeuchy sour kind.

I know melons are highish GI but I am going to try them and I thought a Muller light mango yoghurt might be OK. Any other suggestions? : :?:
