It is just for my one off huge meals though. If I ate like that everyday I would have to double my basal rates from 9pm to 5ish am....
I do eat everything when I go out and just the puddings will be about 110g of carbs!! (Oops!) but they aren't too often! The only pudding that doesn't affect me this way is a mcflurry!!!!
