i would suspect you need more than the .05 increase...........remember and do carb free testing to confirm the results of the change.....

I use it for :

Protein in meals, when I'm low-carbing.
Any carbs that also have lots of fat

Not really no!
I'm getting very confused about it! I've been diabetic for 18 years and feel like a newbe again!
I've increased my basal by another .05 today.
