Family Guy - Diabeto - funny or not?

I saw the new family guy on Sunday on BBC3 and watched in shock as I watched this clip:


I thought it was outrageous - then thought maybe it was funny and I was being too PC... then I thought - actually, it's not funny at all... And then was confused at to whether I think it's funny or not! I wondered what other people thought...

I saw it about a year ago and was both annoyed and found it funny. To be honest, you know what to expect from the show and Seth McFarlane is no stranger to controversy. The choice is yours, don't watch it if you don't want to.
