I think I must be addicted to the endorphins too, I get like a shiver - like someones walked over my grave feeling then I want to push myself further! Anyone else get that kind of feeling, my skin goes all shivery and I run/cycle faster!No, just enjoy it. Probably addicted to endorphins and maybe a bit mad.
