I tried this, but for me it was just too hard to fast 5 days (only 220 kcal /day for me)...hunger and my food obsession
didn't leave me alone (probably I didn't go to keto mode).
Best blood sugars I had, ever. Wort'h to try, but need to be careful. I had bananas and glucose with me all time.
And need to drink a lot fluids... a lot.
Anyway have anyone else tried to test Fasting Mimicking diet?
